- Ian Jeremy Added November 24, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible. A relative of mine was confined in her bed with the rails up to stop her getting out of bed. The staff have been dismissive, disorganised and uncommunicative. Although she is a falls risk she has no precautions, no signage, no bed alarm, is left unattended in the bathroom. The equipment is outdated or non-existent. I put in a complaint in writing and didn't even get a reply. They do not follow NSW health policies on patient centred care and so far after over 2 weeks have not offered a plan nor have they held a family meeting. They said that they held one but invited only one family member!!
