  I have 8 BMWs in the household, and have taken 4 of them to Connor over past 1.5 year and paid total of $5950.60
  
  I left a review with 5 stars 1.5 year ago. But quite a few items failed after 1 year and here is list
  - X5 E70 4.8: Rocker cover gasket
  - X5 E70 4.8: Castor bushes (failed after 6 months)
  - E46 318i: Rocker cover gasket
  - E39 530i: Waterpump
  
  My wife's car had an oil leak, and I asked Steve's assistant to inspect the leak while oil change. He said there were 3 leaks. Rocker cover, vacuum pump and sump, which would cost close to $1500.
  
  But the actual leak was from seal between engine and vacuum pump, and VANOS seal. which cost $48 for parts and 3 hours of my time. Rocker cover, vacuum pump and sump were fine.
  
  I quite liked Connor Automotive when Steve was just starting his business. But sadly things have changed. Business is a little to busy now and you do not get the proper service you used to. And Steve's associate seems to do a lot of work now, who was not able to diagnose the oil leak properly.
