  Rudest and most pathetic customer service you will ever get. I will never go back to the Caringbah store ever again and has put me off shopping at Nick Scali. The sales lady was the most frustrating lady and we couldn’t wait to get out of there. The delivery services was rubbish and they didn’t delivery what they promised. We were only refunded the delivery funds and my husband and I were made out to be liars with the whole scenario. Extremely & highly NOT RECOMMENDED

  Nick Scali at Caringbah/Taren Point NSW; all I can say is DISGRACEFUL!
  From day one there has been nothing but dishonesty and poor customer service.
  We had first dealt with "Sharif" (unsure of the spelling) who not only promised us weekend delivery but an 8 week turn around and charged us full price for every item which we then saw on sale one week later. We are more than happy to pay full price but not for the disgusting wait times and lack of customer service that we have encountered. You would think when a customer pays close to $5000 for two items that they would treat you with a little more dignity.
  Both our leather couch and coffee table was delayed and it has been close to 4 months that we have been waiting patiently for our items.
  Hello and behold after finally receiving our furniture delivery this morning the coffee table is the exact opposite to the colour that we ordered. We even POINTED to the clear one on the display floor and asked to take it there and then to which we were told no. How do you get an order wrong when someone POINTS at it and states "clear please"?!
  I then spoke to a lady named Kris who I believe is the manager? Advised she would call me back and 3 hours later still nothing. However at least she has manners and respect for the customer! My partner then called the store and spoke to the most disgustingly rude staff member named "Steve" who raised his voice and spoke over my partner and tried to tell him we will now have to wait until the end of September for their mistake! This is not acceptable And I will certainly not accept this kind of service! I want my correct item by the end of this week with no excuses. I will not be charged again for delivery either and I wish for the old one to be removed from my premises. My in laws have taken time out from their business to waste their time coming over in the middle of a weekday for delivery which is already so stupid it makes my eyes bug out of my head, as if we all have time and convenience to take time off work for such a petty thing because they can't organise weekend deliveries. So disappointed and now, angry.
