They let us down three times on a delivery date: originally quoted 4-6 weeks it was finally delivered after 10 weeks.
We appreciate that delays can happen but Prouds failed to keep us informed of the delays (we had to chase when we'd heard nothing), they failed on several occasions to deliver on their promised delivery dates...it was always "next week"... and failed to apologise for their complete lack of customer service.
Would think twice about using again I'm afraid.
