- Karl Tabet Added July 01, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I booked a vehicle to pick up at 1pm, and got a confirmation email/SMS as well. Upon reaching the pickup location at 1250, the whole centre was locked and no one answered the phone. There was someone else waiting who had a booking as well, with no solution as to how to get vehicles that we had respectively booked. In the end I had to go to the city for a rental as everywhere else local was closed, and wasted a good few hours of a precious Sunday because of what seems like blatant unprofessionalism. Extremely unhappy and won't be using or recommending Thrifty again.
