  Please don't use Aussie, Caringbah, NSW. My loan was declined by CBA and I wasn't even told by Aussie who kept playing with me for weeks after the decline, saying my income is not enough etc. On top of that, they told me that they are withdrawing my file from CBA although the loan request was declined by CBA 4 weeks ago. Frustrated I called CBA independently and they told me that your file was submitted and declined 4 weeks ago as my income is not enough. The executives at Aussie, Caringbah mis-handled the case. They showed me the moon and the stars and gave me an incorrect borrowing capacity. They kept asking me my income even after I had sent them my pay slips etc on day 2 of our interaction. Because of the incorrect analysis by Aussie, I wasted my precious weekends looking for the right property leaving my wife and little daughter at home all alone. I feel so frustrated with these people. Have also complained about this with the CBA who have taken a note of this. They were shocked and surprised to hear this.
