  Very thankful for the service from Bold trailers.
  
  We purchased a van from a Qld company and had problems from the start, including being 320kg heavier than the tare on the compliance plate.
  
  We then needed written reports as evidence for a tribunal hearing, cost $220. Great value.
  
  However it is the real interest shown by Bold trailers in our plight that was really heartening. On the day of our hearing, Christian was available at a moments notice to give evidence over the phone. Christian made it clear from the start his report would be completely independent. We were delighted as that was exactly what we needed.
  
  I have bumped into Christian in the street and he stopped to find out how things we going. He could have said g'day and kept going, but was genuinely interested.
  
  Both he and Jaclyn have answered numerous equiries we have had since our first contact.
  
  I dropped in this morning to pay for all the sundry contact/time we had taken up, and for being available for the NCAT hearing. The cost for all this extra that meant a lot to us ? ZERO, ZILCH, ZIP.
  
  We haven't had any repairs done by Bold Trailers, but would not hesitate if required. They genuinely care about the people they service.
  
  Well done Bold, hope we can use you again in the future.
