I have never looked ‘back’ (pardon the pun). I used to suffer from debilitating pain in my neck where my only respite was to take prescription medication just to get through the day. Since attending Caringbah Spinal Care and receiving regular spinal adjustments I no longer require any pain relief medication and haven’t for years. I now live my life as I always should have- pain free! Furthermore Sasha is always professional, on time and knowledgeable about his practice. I would highly recommend anyone suffering any kind of back or neck pain to see Sasha for treatment.
