  The quality of coaching at DDW fitness is incredible. I have been a member for the past three years and believe that it is the best gym in the Shire. The coaching, members and general atmosphere make it a great gym experience.

  I have been training with the DDW coaches for many years now. The fitness programme is highly coached functional and adaptable for all levels of fitness. The coaches are professional and friendly and always watching to make sure what ever movement you are doing is done correctly and safely. Its like having a personal trainer but with out the expense. They also make sure they have an understanding of your fitness goals and any limits that you have. As a lady in my fifties with very little fitness background my goal is to stay fit to enjoy life. Having said that the coaches always gently push me to my limits and I have achieved movements I would not have thought possible. I also find this sort of cross training very time efficient. DDW has a very friendly and inclusive atmosphere and I always feel welcome despite often training with some very strong and fit young people. As an added bonus there is a lovely social side to this gym as well.

  As a teenager I find this gym extremely welcoming and helpful. The trainers have helped me build my form and have a big focus on the technique and the way each movement is performed. The workouts are amazing and always leave me sweaty but happy when I leave. I enjoy the atmosphere and I always enjoy the workouts.

  If you care about technique, this is the gym for you. DDW has quality coaching where YOU ACTUALLY GET COACHED! They are inclusive and cater to all ability levels, including progressive movements and scaling options in their workouts. Being an ex-gymnast, DDW has proven perfect for me, helping me regain my love for fitness and healthy lifestyle. DDW also supported me during, and post pregnancy, which as a first time mother has been fantastic!
