  Today was a shame and it is disgraceful and disturbing at the same time!!!
  
  My wife had placed a delivery order ($31.95) at Dominos Caringbah store today around 5:45pm.
  (INTERNET ORDER #: 97ddc10b-ff21-48b9-badd-cdb405b0746c) The delivery driver (Shiv) refused to deliver to our unit. It is forth time this happened that the driver refused to deliver food at door. However, after several requests and then arguments with the store, the delivery driver and the manager we requested to have our money back. BUT THEY REFUSED TO REFUND OUR MONEY!!! This is against Australian Consumer Protection Law!!! It is a crime and stealing at the same time!!!
  Please someone take action against this store, people who are in management and the delivery guy!!!
  We need our money back! And more importantly these people SHOULD NOT get permit for any business activity in Australia!!!

  This particular dominos deserves less than 1 star. Moved to the area recently and the last 5 orders have all been incomplete or just plain wrong. When you try to call up about it the manager isn't there, doesn't call back, and still have not given me the refunded they said they would. Looking back at the comments, it's a wonder they are still open.
