  I went in looking for a new TV for my place. I was helped by Evan, who really took out the time to understand my exact needs, answer any questions that I had. Evan had helped me find my perfect tv and even sold me on a sound bar for it too. Evan was so precise and fast and made the experience so easy. They also organised my entire delivery and it came perfectly.

  JB Hi-Fi Miranda is a well designed store that is easy to navigate and find what you're after. If you're lost, one of the many extremely knowledgeable staff will assist with ease. There is a vast array of demo models all kept in good condition and a high level of cleanliness throughout the store. Overall a very welcoming and easy to shop store for all your tech needs. Located directly below the food court so it's always fun to get lunch after spending 2 hours looking around JB. Kudos to the team!

  The location and accessibility makes this place one of my favourite electronic products store. They have almost anything you need from televisions, laser projectors, computers, and sound systems. The fact they still sell CD and DVDs with various technologies is a bonus.

  Went into the store 5 minutes before closing time and still got served with well and got a good deal on a mobile phone.

  if you went there to shop and being served by Nathan or Caitlin or Taylor you will get 5 star service. The technical help they offer is unmatchable any where else in Sydney. I recommend any jbhifi fans to go there. Impressive service and after sale support and comprehensive selection of electronic products.

  My wife & I purchased a new mobile phone today.
  Nate (Nathaniel) was super helpful and knowledgeable about all things mobile & plans. He helped us pick the best deal that would benefit us and suit our needs. He was exceptionally courteous and made sure we understand what we were agreeing to before proceeding at every stage. We felt well informed and very comfortable with our handset & plan selection.   We were going to buy a 55in tv and sound bar from Harvey Norman today We went to JB HI FI to compare pricing Scott was the sales person who served us. He was incredibly professional and friendly and helpful and even though we paid more we were very happy to give him the sales
