  Peter sold me a natural stone bath which he assured me would be impervious to any stains or marking 'because nothing sticks to stone'. On the day we came to collect it from the Melbourne Homeshow, it was raining heavily and my husband came with the ute and blankets as arranged. Unbeknown to us, Peter put a pink post it note in the bath to say 'sold' and the result was the pink dye leached onto the bath and is absolutely impossible to clean.
  I called and emailed numerous times for advice on how to clean the stain off and he did not answer any of my messages. Finally I managed to get hold of him and he told me there was no way to remove the stain. He told me the only option was to buy fine sand paper and actually sand the top layers of the stone off and then re-coat the bath all over with sealer!
  I wanted to buy two matching basins which he told me he would ship to his Melbourne showroom and I could collect them freight free to make up for the hassle with the staining of the bath. When I tried to accept the offer he told he I would have to pay $100 freight after all. I told him that as he had put the pink post it note on the bath and then watched it go off in the rain, it was his fault the bath was stained and I had graciously not complained so far so he should honour the freight free offer and he then told me he would hang up on me which he did!
  The guy is a liar and a pig and the baths are obviously not impervious to staining so don't believe anything he says before he gets your money. Once he has your money, the tune is entirely different.
