I've been to Percy's numerous times over the years and have not had a bad meal yet. The staff are very friendly and efficient, nothing is too much trouble. The food seems to be made on the premises and is not the portion-control mass-produced stuff served in many places, especially local clubs. All in all, excellent value for money, bright, clean and welcoming. But not pretentious.
